Law to Remedy the Distress of the People and the Nation!
The Reichstag has enacted the following law, which is hereby proclaimed with the assent of the Reichsrat, it having been established that the requirements for a constitutional amendment have been fulfilled:
Article 1
In addition to the procedure prescribed by the constitution, laws of the Reich may also be enacted by the government of the Reich. This includes the laws referred to by Articles 85 Paragraph 2 and Article 87 of the constitution.
Article 2
Laws enacted by the government of the Reich may deviate from the constitution as long as they do not affect the institutions of the Reichstag and the Reichsrat. The rights of the President remain undisturbed.
Article 3

They shall take effect on the day following the announcement, unless they prescribe a different date. Articles 68 to 77 of the Constitution do not apply to laws enacted by the Reich government.
Article 4
Treaties of the Reich with foreign states which affect matters of Reich legislation shall not require the approval of the bodies of the legislature. The government of the Reich shall issue the regulations required for the execution of such treaties.
Article 5
This law takes effect with the day of its proclamation. It loses force on 1 April 1937 or if the present Reich government is replaced by another.
Heil Hitler!
Josef Goebbels:
"The authority of the Führer has now been wholly established. Votes are no longer taken. The Führer decides. All this is going much faster than we had dared to hope."

National Socialists Gain nearly 100 seats!
In the 9th German Federal Election held on 05.03.1933 the NSDAP of Chancellor Hitler gained 92 seats and 5.5 million votes, in a resounding endorsement of his pro-German, anti-Communist policies. Their friends and allies in the DNVP will add their 52 seats to form a patriotic, nationalist German coalition in the Reichstag, and form a majority government.
Reds Suffer Setbacks!
The KPD Communists, whose terrorist leaders are safely in custody lost nearly 20 seats, a drop of 5% of the vote, as the German people showed their disgust at their despicable violent means. Their Jew-ridden Red rivals, the SPD also lost a seat, although they now comprise the second-largest party in the Reichstag.
Catholic Centre Party key player in new politics.
The Zentrum Party of Franz von Papen, Vice-Chancellor, holds the key to further reform. Chancellor Hitler needs to persuade the Roman Catholic Centrists that their future lies in co-operation in order to pass further measures to protect our nation from Red terror.

March 1st, 1933: New Emergency Anti-Terror Powers!

Our noble Reichsprasident Paul von Hindenburg yesterday signed the Order of the Reich President for the Protection of People and State, which comes into immediate effect. The people of the German nation must be aware that any perceived restrictions on personal liberties are in the purpose of the common good, and as such personal criticisms and ill-feelings towards these new laws are to be considered anti-German.
Germans should remember that only a few days ago our Parliament building, the Reichstag, was destroyed by Communist plotters. The burning of the Reichstag was intended to be the signal for a bloody uprising and civil war. Large-scale pillaging in Berlin was planned.... It has been determined that ... throughout Germany acts of terrorism were to begin against prominent individuals, against private property, against the lives and safety of the peaceful population, and general civil war was to be unleashed....
The new measures taken for our safety state that:
Articles 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 124 and 153 of the Constitution of the German Reich are suspended until further notice. It is therefore permissible to restrict the rights of personal freedom [habeas corpus], freedom of opinion, including the freedom of the press, the freedom to organize and assemble, the privacy of postal, telegraphic and telephonic communications, and warrants for house searches, orders for confiscations as well as restrictions on property, are also permissible beyond the legal limits otherwise prescribed.
These measures are enshrined in legality based upon Article 48 paragraph 2 of the Constitution of the German Reich.
Further powers are expected to be issued by Minister Herr Göring to the Prussian police to aid them in their pursuit of the Communist menace. Our Chancellor, Herr Hitler himself, stated on witnessing the fire:
"There will be no mercy now. Anyone who stands in our way will be cut down. The German people will not tolerate leniency. Every Communist official will be shot where he is found. The Communist deputies must be hanged this very night. Everybody in league with the Communists must be arrested. There will no longer be any leniency for Social Democrats either."
We must stand shoulder to shoulder with our nation's government in this dark hour. Those who are not with us are against us.

Red Plot
February 27th, 1933: a day the public must finally wake up to the Communist menace at large! The historic Reichstag building, which opened in 1894, was burnt to cinders in a despicable Red plot last night.

Dutch Marxist Arrested
Police found the culprit at the scene: a foreign Communist named Marinus van der Lubbe, who hails from the Netherlands. He had taken his shirt off and used it as a torch to set ablaze our seat of government, claiming that a Marxist uprising was about to begin. The deranged Red lunatic was immediately taken into custody for interrogation. His Communist associates were being rounded up as we went to press.
Communist Uprising
Chancellor of Germany, Adolf Hitler and his associate, Josef Gobbels, rushed to the scene to bear witness to this calumny. "You are now witnessing the beginning of a great epoch in German history...This fire is the beginning," Hitler told a news reporter at the scene. Herr Hitler stated that the fire was a signal to begin a Communist uprising which would descend our nation into despair.
Monstrous Terrorism
The Prussian Press Service declared "this act of incendiarism is the most monstrous act of terrorism carried out by Bolshevism in Germany". Terrorists must be wiped out from the very top, the leaders of the Bolshevik-controlled Communist Party, to the rat-holes in which their deluded supporters live their sordid lives.
New legislation from the government is expected forthwith to deal with the Communist menace.
Feb. 22, 1933: Göring Boosts Police: Hilfspolizei Formed.
By admin on Jan 31, 2008 | In Announcements, Home Affairs | Send feedback »
In a bid to curb and bring to check the rising anti-German criminal elements at work in our nation, today Minister of the Interior for Prussia and President of the Prussian Police, Hermann Göring announced the formation of the Hilfspolizei, an auxiliary police force of initially three detachments of sixty men each. Many members have had former police experience, and are to be selected from volunteers from the SturmAbteilung, the Allgemeine-SchutzStaffel and the StahlHelm, patriotic Germans who will defend order from the fiendish plots of Red and Bolsheviki groups at large in our society.

SS Recruits for the Hilfspolizei
Hundreds of police officers disloyal to the German nation have been relieved of their duties and removed from office. Last week, on the 17th of February, Herr Göring liberated the police and gave the go-ahead for fire-arms to be used against terrorists. The Minister declared full support for policemen in the carrying out of robust action, and stated that weaknesses amongst the officers would not be tolerated: "Police officers who use weapons in carrying out their duties will be covered by me. Whoever misguidedly fails in this duty can expect disciplinary action."
The Hilfspolizei will be deployed in the Brandenburg district of Berlin in the first instance, and it is expected that more units will be formed in other districts and regions of Germany over the coming weeks. They will assist the regular police in their duties and fight the anti-social bands threatening the unity of the nation. The Hilfspolizei will wear white armbands over the uniforms of their current organisations.
